Organizational Development​

Organizational Development (OD) is the process that deals with or is the driving force behind change in organizations. OD is primarily accomplished through a technology known as Action Research (AR). Action Research is a collaborative technique used between a change agent (your consultant or leader) and members of the organization. The objective in AR is to uncover organization problems and to encourage and develop applicable strategies that can prepare organizational members to understand, manage, and resolve conflict.
